EDIT: After reading the news on the linked page . . . HOT DAMN! New Mech Lab on the 2nd! SWEET! Really looking forward to seeing how all of the public test feedback got implemented . . . especially with the hinted new warehouse.

And, the next patch? WAVE 3! June is my new favorite month...
River City Reduxe should be coming out some time in June too....

I'm now very weary of patch day.

Well you can't expect that every refinement that the community came up with is going to be in there. Chances are good that there will be upset people.

Well, no matter what, it will be better than what we have now They can make refinements to it later, too. I know I was a bit underwhelmed with the test version, but it's still a HUGE improvement over what we had.
We'll see :3

I was expecting a second batch of testing but looking at the responses at the time I think PGI picked up on most of the important points.
Now genuinely excited for patch day

There were actual bugs in that test.. so those have to be fixed.
From testing the mechlab, there was some parts good, and many other parts bad. Mech selection was the #1 bad for me (it used/forced the simplified CW/private match mech selection screen, and that is painfully bad for me).

Can anyone tell me if it's going to be easier to find Modules and move them between Mechs, based on what they've seen?

Seems legit.
As long as ;
1. Can find my modules
2. Do not have to trawl through 100s of mechs
3. Do not have to see ammo for unequipped weapons
4. Can find modules
5. Can find modules...
6.can find.. ..modules lol

Are you kidding? I thought the scheme was to make you buy duplicate modules for each and every 'mech!

If it was retained from the PTS then yes finding modules (I think) is easier but no there isn't (wasn't at time of PTS) a search for xxxxx item. In the PTS you had your mech selection page (like what we have now when you "select mech" you can see the consumables but now will have the other modules listed as well.
And yes there is selectable ammo for equipped weapons only, and what I could tell is the options stayed from 1 mech to the next.(IE options for equipped only ammo will be selected on all other mechs you configure)

I can't speak for the entire community, but I do believe we would rather wait for a more polished product than a hastily rushed one.

Russ, Tina, please delay this. You saw how quickly you got pages and pages of immediate feedback that took a month to come up with whatever fix or nonfix you've done. We want to help, we want a mech lab that works well. We don't need to rush something out to satisfy a publisher you no longer have.
Please reconsider.
